Have a Yes or No Unit category
It would be great to have a yes/no unit category. For instance, reminder is 'shower' and unit is yes/no. This would great for depressed people where hygiene is an indicator of depressed mood. Otherwise I think I just have to skip it which could either mean i missed the reminder and don't remember or I didn't take a shower. Yes/No would work better

Hi, Laura! Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll work on this. For now, one can select the unit “Count” and record 1 for yes or 0 for no. Thanks!
