send each reminder at a different time of day
when I'm bombarded by notifications, I tend to just cruise through and not pay attention to any

You can go to your variables page and any variable and click “Edit”. This will allow you to change the time and frequency.
Does that work for you?

Uservoice screen loses suggestion
I had issues using this screen. My suggestion content was lost once I tried setting up my uservoice account and sign into it. I couldn't authenticate with the password I'd created either. Every time it switched to the next screen, QuantiModo cleared my suggestion, so I typed it twice, before giving up, and entering it directly into the website.
I suggest either resolving this behaviour, or removing the screen altogether; instead display a message advising an external website is used to receive suggestions, and; open the website in the default browser.
1 voteThanks for letting me know, Stu! I’ll get that fixed somehow.

Current weather/location tracking takes too much battery!
Since the recent changes (app has improved a decent bit btw, good job!), Quantimodo requires constant GPS in order to record locations or weather. This is MURDER on my battery! It's used 20% of my Google Pixel in the past three hours. The user should be able to select a static location for weather, at the very least; I know this has the potential for faulty data, but when my battery drains this fast I won't be able to use the feature at all!
As for location data, maybe an option to poll GPS at regular intervals, or perhaps pull…

I’ve separated out the weather logging from the location tracking. Now you should be able to enter your location at the bottom of https://app.quantimo.do/ionic/Modo/www/index.html#/app/import
I’ve tried adjusting the settings of the background GPS logging to reduce battery usage. However, the ongoing GPS logging is inevitably going to have significant battery consumption. I’ll keep trying to figure out how to optimize further, though.

Please allow for more than just 1-5
I really like the idea of this app - it pretty much does everything I have been wishing for from a mood tracking app. There is one thing though, that makes me unsure if it ultimately be of any use for me, namely the very limited mood range available. With 1 being feeling terrible(crying fits), 2 sad/depressed, 4 happy and 5 joyful, the mood rating 3 has to cover everything from feeling sort of down and apathetic to feeling quite content and optimistic, which means I lose a lot of nuance. Most of the time I'm somewhere in between happy…
2 votesHi, Elisabeth! I’ll try to get that implemented in the next couple days. Thanks! :D

Thanks for the suggestion! Is the Average Mood By Hour of Day chart here kind of what you want? https://app.quantimo.do/ionic/Modo/www/index.html#/app/track

I can't see a way to get push notifications for reminders
Where do I find this?
1 voteHi! Those are turned on by default. Are you not receiving the notifications?

Finer control over reminders
e.g. I'd like to not be reminded to submit a productivity pulse rating on the weekend or evenings
0 votesHi! I added some more frequency options in the last update. Could you let me know if those are sufficient? Thanks!

allow additional mood ratings to be notified at a different time frequency than the average mood rating.
Being a rapid cycler, my moods change very quickly. So it's nice to have the feature to forcefully be asked for my average mood at an hourly basis. However, I don't always have enough time to sit back and evaluate the additional moods that are currently seen as potential problems. I still find it important to keep track of, but would like them to appear less often (say every three hours). I'll be less likely to click on random ratings just to get it off my screen because I don't have time to reevaluate myself.
1 voteHi!
Thanks for the suggestion! You can currently do this by creating custom reminders with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quantimodo.quantimodo&hl=en
Could you try that app and let me know if that works for you?
Thanks!

Allow specifying long-term things by time period rather than events each day
like instead of logging things that are the same each day, let me log when they start or stop: "started daily St John's wort 1mg" "stopped owning a cat" "started a relationship" etc
1 voteThanks! i’ve got the back end part implemented. Now just need to find time to add the front end UI.

add more faces for people with more complex moods (borderlines and other mentally ill people?)+ add a daily nice thing?
idk???
i'm borderline so my moods are constantly contradicting ones that change VERY often (suicidal but kinda sort of giggly bc i saw a cute dog today, generous but hostile af bc bitches really be tryin me, etc.) so i think it might be useful to people with mood/personality disorders who also experience that.
and to make it nicer/more positive, maybe you could add a button that's like "add a nice thing from today" where you can sticky pictures of a cute dog you sae today or a short note that could be an inspiring quote you stumbled upon, a…12 votesHi!
We’ve added the ability to create dedicated reminders to track anything. So you should be able to go to Reminders→Emotions (or any other category) and select the things you want to track.
If you’ve had problems with the pop-up going away too fast, this may be related to a conflict with another app on your phone or its model. I haven’t been able to reproduce this. However, if you create the new type of reminders, they should stay in the notifications bar until you rate and you shouldn’t have this problem anymore.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion!
You can actually already change this by going to Settings→Additional Required Ratings and select the emotions that you want to track.
Does that work for you?

Integration with apps like Google Fit and Lifesum.
There are apps that are better at tracking nutrition and exercise. Integrate with those apps so that this app can focus on becoming even better.

Can't find any option to manually add to "Positive Factors".
