By “update variables”, do you mean add measurements for those variables or change the settings for the variables themselves?
If you want it to be easier to add measurements for them, do you have any suggestions about how we could do that?

I meant adding measurements.
The same interface as for the feelings would be great.
I guess every person would have just one or two variables they would like to track regularly so it shouldn't add too much on the main screen...
