Compare data at specified time intervals
Currently, you can view variables at specified time intervals, like heart rate. I am suggesting to not only view, but correlate variables at these intervals.
I extracted my data and played with it, and found a wave feature in my heart rate that roughly matched with my anxiety over the past year- my HR responded to stressors over the course of months.
So I used some code I wrote and extracted the specific data related to those time intervals, and found correlations between variables and my HR at those intervals. These correlations then suggested things that could impact my HR,…

Clarify scales
Put a ? on the minimodo & quantimodo "How are you feeling" screens. Some scales are obvious (with emoticons) but some number scales (with color gradations) are not. I want to click a link on each of those questions as I answer them to be reminded what a 5 vs a 1 really means.

Add Smooth Graph to Web App
I find the smooth graph really useful on the Moodimodo Android App but cannot seem to find a way to display it on the web app. I have so many entries and fluctuations that it is very hard to see trends on the web app.
Thanks,

Widgets
It would be lovely to have a widget for favourites and add measurement so that I don't need to go into the app to find them

Standardize the colour bars
On the charts, the bar colours seem unrelated to the data they are charting. Perhaps consider using one colour, or Associate one colour with "equal to" the value set, one for "less than" and one for "more than"

Allow people to choose what colors mean for different moods. I'm not sure I like red meaning 'the best'.
Either allow for full customization or several different settings where people can choose what come means "worst" and what color means "best."

Current weather/location tracking takes too much battery!
Since the recent changes (app has improved a decent bit btw, good job!), Quantimodo requires constant GPS in order to record locations or weather. This is MURDER on my battery! It's used 20% of my Google Pixel in the past three hours. The user should be able to select a static location for weather, at the very least; I know this has the potential for faulty data, but when my battery drains this fast I won't be able to use the feature at all!
As for location data, maybe an option to poll GPS at regular intervals, or perhaps pull…
1 voteThanks, Shabs!
I’ve separated out the weather logging from the location tracking. Now you should be able to enter your location at the bottom of https://app.quantimo.do/ionic/Modo/www/index.html#/app/import
I’ve tried adjusting the settings of the background GPS logging to reduce battery usage. However, the ongoing GPS logging is inevitably going to have significant battery consumption. I’ll keep trying to figure out how to optimize further, though.

Please allow for more than just 1-5
I really like the idea of this app - it pretty much does everything I have been wishing for from a mood tracking app. There is one thing though, that makes me unsure if it ultimately be of any use for me, namely the very limited mood range available. With 1 being feeling terrible(crying fits), 2 sad/depressed, 4 happy and 5 joyful, the mood rating 3 has to cover everything from feeling sort of down and apathetic to feeling quite content and optimistic, which means I lose a lot of nuance. Most of the time I'm somewhere in between happy…

Have a Yes or No Unit category
It would be great to have a yes/no unit category. For instance, reminder is 'shower' and unit is yes/no. This would great for depressed people where hygiene is an indicator of depressed mood. Otherwise I think I just have to skip it which could either mean i missed the reminder and don't remember or I didn't take a shower. Yes/No would work better
3 votesHi, Laura! Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll work on this. For now, one can select the unit “Count” and record 1 for yes or 0 for no. Thanks!

Interface with Microsoft Health Vault
I use Microsoft Health Vault to manage my health records. I would love to be able to:
1. Store information gathered in your app onto the Healthvault platform for later reference by my health care providers and myself.
2. Pull existing data from HealthVault (such as vital statistics, test results, beginning / ending medications, etc) possibly synchronized from other platforms) and bring them into your platform for analysis.2 votesGreat idea#

Relocate setting to disable the Ask More Questions checkbox.
The checkbox for additional questions should be in the settings menu.
Asking for this every time the application prompts an input isn't good UI design because it's too easy for the user to accidentally toggle it, causing unwanted behaviour from the application.
Please add the checkbox to the Settings menu and remove it from the pop-up interface.

Thanks for the suggestion! Is the Average Mood By Hour of Day chart here kind of what you want? https://app.quantimo.do/ionic/Modo/www/index.html#/app/track

0 to 5
Instead of 1 to 5, I think 0 to 5 makes more sense. For instance, I want to track precipitation without knowing the exact amount. I want to say it didn't rain at all (0), a little (1), etc. but right now I can only put 1 skip it, or measure it in inches, which i don't want to research every day. Thanks

Add the ability to set if 5 is good or bad
I notice you flip the mood icons for some of the variables so higher is sometimes good and sometimes bad. I'd like to add that setting myself when I use the /5-way to track my variables.
1 voteHi! I’ll implement the user interface for that as soon as possible. In the short term I can manually set it for specific variables if you tell me what they are? Thanks!
